Our focus is coaching. We build on-field systems for equipping and coaching missionaries to unreached people groups. Coaches expand ministry impact while simultaneously growing field workers in their character, spirituality, and relational skills.
To facilitate church multiplication movements worldwide. Our part in this is to train 10,000 coaches for Christian ministry by 2010.
- Each with 15+ years of ministry experience living in cross-culturally and working in more than two dozen countries around the world.
- Cross-cultural church planting and coaching experience in B.ddhist, M.slim, and post-modern settings.
- Advanced degrees, professional coaching certifications, and members of the International Coach Federation.
- Past clients include many local indigenous mission agencies as well as large agencies including: Asian Access, Assemblies of God, C&MA, Campus Crusade for Christ, Church Resource Ministries, Compassion International, Frontiers, IMB, OC International, Pioneers, SIL, World Venture, World Vision, and YWAM.
